What if Jesus walked among us unseen. Not in robes, but in humility, challenging the grandeur built in His name? Perhaps the resurrection we need now isn’t in spectacle, but in returning to the heart of His message, love without condition, justice with compassion, and truth that liberates.
I could not love this more!!! It speaks to so many thoughts I’ve had or things I totally agree with! I once was religious and still love the radical teachings of Jesus and words of power for the individual that he left behind, and so few try to implement into their lives.
I’ve also envisioned Jesus shaking his head and saying “what a mess they’ve made”, then saying “did they learn nothing” and almost embarrassed of what’s done in his name.
Holy cow!! What a treatise on organized religion and on Jesus as a possibility.
It’s sad to behold that, after millennia of religion and gospels, the sturm and drang, and in this modern age, we are still capable of taking such stunning steps backwards in the face of knowing where we need to go.

Great thoughts!

What a great piece to read on Easter Day.
This is excellent. We can do so much with these “what ifs”. Job well done.
